TRANSPARENCY DASHBOARD + BRIEF

The Collective is calling for more transparency and measuring progress in the asset management industry.

Only 21.3% of AUM is controlled by gender-diverse teams

Approximately half of AUM is controlled by all-male teams

Men control five times more AUM than women

In 2025, the Collective launched our updated Transparency Dashboard. We've partnered with ExecuShe and ExecuNicity to examine the 600 largest SEC and Nasdaq eVestment active public equity funds (totaling $10 trillion), reviewing fund websites and prospectuses to determine demographic data for key portfolio decision-makers.

The updated version of the Dashboard includes gender data, race & ethnicity data, and combined demographic data to evaluate the portion of AUM managed by specific demographics. To see the latest Transparency Dashboard, please click on the link below

The Dashboard is accompanied by our two Transparency Briefs. The first Gender Data Transparency Brief (2024) discusses gender diversity amongst portfolio management teams, while the second Race Data Transparency Brief (2025) discusses racial and ethnic diversity amongst portfolio management teams. These Briefs elaborate on the crucial data depicted in our Dashboard, and how we can best utilize measurement to increase transparency in the finance industry.

We invite all industry professionals to join the call for transparency. To learn more, request to download the full Transparency Briefs below.
